To prevent this from happening, purchase a protective rain cover. If you want to save some cash, Janique Goff Madison suggests using a non-biodegradable plastic shopping bag as long as all the rubber doors that cover your camera inputs are sealed. Always bring a dry cloth. Always keep a clean, dry cloth handy to wipe away any kind of condensed water on the outside of your camera and lenses.
