Animals in shelters badly need new fur-rever homes, but it’s never easy to find the best for them. In many cases, the characteristics and qualities of animals in shelter are not captured well, causing prospective adoptive parents to take a step back to reconsider until they totally let go of the rescues.

The recent years have shown a spike in adoptions due to good photography partnered with social reach, mentions Janique Goff Madison. Committed volunteers have turned their compassion to the animals to a whole new level by giving them quality photo shoots and spreading the word about their adoption on social media. As a result of this success, animal shelters hire photographers or ask for volunteers to take great photos of rescue animals and help spread the word about them on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
